I: (OVERVIEW)
ROLE
UX/UI Designer
DESCRIPTION
A Telegram Mini App for buying and managing domains. I translated the flows of an existing text-based bot into a visual interface, covering everything from search and bulk registration to renewals and technical settings.
II: (CHALLENGE & MY ROLE)
From a text-based bot to a Mini App
The service was already available on Telegram. The team wanted to make buying and managing domains easier and attract a new audience with a full visual interface.
The core flow focused on media buyers and advertisers who regularly need to register and maintain multiple domains.
Working independently from a short brief, I designed the screen structure, navigation, forms, and states. The logo and mascot already existed before I joined.
III: (SEARCH & REGISTRATION)
Multiple domains in one order
Users can search for a single domain name or paste a list with one address per line. Results can be filtered by domain extension and price.
Cards show the registration price and whether a domain has been added to the cart. If users leave the search results, their current order remains accessible from the home screen.
Checkout is divided into cart, configuration, and payment steps. Before registration, users can specify name servers, an A record, and SSL and Cloudflare settings.
Configuration is optional: users can skip it and return after purchase. Once registration is complete, they are taken to their domains.
IV: (DOMAIN MANAGEMENT)
Domain status at a glance
In My Domains, I separated active, expiring, and blocked domains. Cards show the expiration date, connected services, and auto-renewal status, making key information available without opening each domain.
Bulk selection lets users renew, transfer, or delete multiple domains. Deleted domains are moved to a separate trash section, where they can be restored.
V: (TECHNICAL SETTINGS)
From a status overview to a specific setting
The domain detail view brings together its status, expiration date, and quick actions. Additional information is revealed on demand, while settings are edited in separate panels.
Users can navigate to the task they need: changing name servers, configuring DNS records, enabling SSL, or managing Cloudflare. Redirect settings include a choice of modes with an explanation of what each one does.
Pricing with subscription benefits
Prime combines domain discounts with additional management features. Search results support both standard and subscriber pricing, while the Prime section covers subscription terms, trial access, and subscription management.
The profile brings together the balance, deposits, referral program, and support.

VII: (VISUAL SYSTEM)
One interface for different tasks
Building on the existing brand, I developed the app’s visual design: dark surfaces, purple accents, domain cards, forms, and action panels.
Shared components connect search, checkout, and technical settings. The mascot appears in onboarding and success confirmations.

VIII: (OUTCOME)
The Mini App is live
I designed the interface for an existing domain registration service, covering search and purchase, domain list management, technical settings, subscriptions, and the user account.
The text-based bot’s flows became a structured visual interface with cards, statuses, and bulk actions.
